Item [24] is made up of General Mills related items. Many items were inserts in flour purchases and have silverware or recipe book promotions. One booklet was distributed at Betty Crocker Kitchen tours. One booklet has recipes for Easy-bake ovens. Some items are for recipe naming contests. Several series on recipes that appeal to men.

Item [34] promotes New England herbs. Includes sections on herbs used medicinally, as food, as beverages, in flavoring, and for odor and herbs chiefly ornamental; descriptions of some miscellaneous herbs; list of books on herbs; occasional recipes; and index of herbs. Sample recipes: mint jelly and stewed sorrel.

Item [12] promotes Patak's bottled products for Indian cooking. Includes recipes, serving suggestions and product packaging illustrations, and information about Indian cuisine. Sample recipes: curried shrimp with tomato, chicken vegetable korma, and sabzi omelet.
