Purchase agreements, manumission records, and other financial and legal documents pertinent to enslaved men and women. Among the factors represented regularly are Juan de Aguilera. Many of the documents bear stamped headers of the Spanish government under Isabel II. Most of the documents appear to have been previously sewn together along the left edge, and many bear a manuscript collation number in the upper right. The collation numbers are scattered, suggesting that they were once part of a now disassembled volume.
