The Daniel L. DeGrow collection documents his activities as Republican member of the Michigan legislature from 1981 to 2002. The collection includes hardbound volumes of press releases issued by DeGrow and colleagues, columns written by DeGrow for various publications, and press clips from publications across the state.

Records in this collection document Dan DeGrow's tenure in the Michigan legislature, spanning from 1981 to 2002. The collection consists of four series of hardbound volumes: Press Releases, Columns, Press Clips, and Miscellaneous.

Materials relating to the career of Dan Moses Schreier, a sound designer and composer a variey of New York theatre productions. Included are sound "bibles," scripts with sound cues, musical scores, miscellaneous ephemera related to productions, and CDs, Zip drives, and hard drives containing scores and sounds from Schreier's works.

The Papers Series consists of materials related to sound design, composition, and the production of plays and musicals Schreier worked on throughout his career. Many of these materials were originally in binders; those materials were rehoused, with all titles and labels transcribed and/or included in the folders. Materials are arranged in order of project and production date.

The Audiovisual Materials Series consists of CDs, floppy disks, and hard drives. These contain scores, sound palettes, and samples Schreier has used for productions, including some productions not represented in the paper materials. Materials are arranged in order of project and production date. Materials relating to personal projects, or else not affiliated with specific projects are located at the end of the series.

The Epherma Series contains a single playbill and guest pass, from 1994 and 2002, respectively.

The Dan Sicko Papers comprise the written work and research undertaken by Sicko on the topic of Detroit techno music and its significance for the broader techno genre. The collection's four series contain materials pertaining to Sicko's book Techno Rebels: The Renegades of Electronic Funk, articles written over the course of Sicko's career as a freelance music journalist, popular and scholarly articles written by others, industry-specific and general interest periodicals, and sound recordings of interviews with Detroit-based techno artists, producers, and distributors.

The Dan Sicko Papers comprise over two decades of Sicko's writings and research materials pertaining to the history of Detroit techno music and its role in the electronic music industry. The collection is divided into four series: Writings, Research Materials, Periodicals, and Sound Recordings.

Danes Worldwide Archives located in Aalborg, Denmark. Collection of materials, largely in Danish, concerning the immigration of Danes to the United States as reflected in letters home, journals, and family histories; also include letters of Danish pastors concerning the work of the church in Ashland, Gowen, and Manistee, Michigan.

This microfilm is a selection of letters written from individuals who had immigrated from Denmark to the United States. The letters selected were from individuals who had settled in Michigan communities, notably Ashland, Gowen, and Manistee. Other materials in the collection include journals and family histories.

This collection contains responses to a series of 66 questions posed by the Massachusetts Society for Promoting Agriculture regarding farming practices and production in Danvers, Massachusetts. The responses, provided by local residents and collected by the Danvers Agricultural Society, concern aspects of farming life such as environmental conditions, farmers' practices, and production figures for specific crops and animals.

This collection (11 items) contains responses to a series of 66 questions posed by the Massachusetts Society for Promoting Agriculture regarding farming practices and production in Danvers, Massachusetts. Specific topics include the arability of local land, types and numbers of crops grown and products produced, practices related to cattle and sheep, and the use of manure. The first item, a reminder about an upcoming meeting, also has brief notes from a previous meeting (August 13, 1814). The remaining items relate to the farming survey, including an undated 10-page booklet with Ebenezer Putnam's answers to questions 37-42. The booklet includes a draft of the Danvers Agricultural Society's official response to the Massachusetts Society for Promoting Agriculture, written by Andrew Nichols ([January 14, 1815]).

A 2011 guided historic audio walking tour and typed transcript of the University of Michigan's central and south campuses. The assignment created by 2011 U-M graduate Dara Fisher served as a final project for the HIS 302-History on Display: Museums, Historic Sites, and Living History course.

The tour covers the history behind the design, construction, and purpose of several buildings on U-M's central and south campuses. The audio version contains 12 tracks discussing each of the twelve stops on the tour. The transcript serves as a 38-page textual supplement to the audio guide and includes current maps of both central and south campus. Also included is a list of references.

The Fort Pontchartrain Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) was authorized on February 7, 1916 in Highland Park, Michigan with Mrs. Ward Garett as organizing secretary. The Elizabeth Cass Chapter was organized in 1942 in Grosse Pointe Farms. Because of diminishing membership, the two chapters merged in 1990, becoming the Fort Pontchartrain-Elizabeth Cass Chapter.

The record group is divided into three series: Fort Pontchartrain Chapter, 1916-1990; Elizabeth Cass Chapter, 1942-1990; and the Fort Pontchartrain-Elizabeth Cass Chapter. Fort Pontchartrain Chapter records include minutes, regent reports, history, by-laws, charter, chapter history and other materials relating to its activities. Elizabeth Cass Chapter records include minutes, by-laws, correspondence, clippings, genealogy, and a photograph of a portrait of Elizabeth Cass. Fort Pontchartrain-Elizabeth Cass Chapter includes minutes, and other records of the combined chapter.

Organizational records include a constitution, correspondence, membership materials, meeting minutes, publications, financial records, scrapbooks, charter, convention material, historical research, and miscellaneous.

The collection includes a constitution, undated; correspondence, 1922-1963, undated; membership cards and papers, undated; meeting minutes, 1912-1939; publications, various; photographs, undated; receipts, 1924-1956; records (minutes and financial reports), 1930-1932; reports, 1940-1945; resident membership books, 1933-1944; treasurer’s books, 1912-1933; scrapbooks, 1912-1956; a charter, 1912. Various other materials document state and national conventions; historical research on Michigan ancestry; and programs of the DAR, Isabella Chapter. A 100th year tea program, 2012, is included, as well as a framed edition of the Jan. 14, 1800 Ulster County Gazette.
