Betty Lou (Bidwell) Morris' scrapbook, titled "The Betsy Barbour Buds," contains photographs of fellow classmates, the U-M campus, and student activities, programs of the 1947 commencement exercises, the 1948 J-Hop, and other events, numerous postcards representing significant campus buildings and Betty Lou Bidwell's travels outside of Michigan, newspaper clippings pertaining to the death of U-M Dean of Women Alice C. Lloyd, World War II efforts, and other news both on and off campus. Scrapbook also contains publications including but not limited to the The Gavel of Delta Sigma Rho, Michiganettiquette, Michigan League, Scroll Call of U of M, The Michigan Alumnus, The University of Michigan Official Publication, and two Women's War Council booklets.

Of particular note are materials pertaining to Betty Lou Bidwell's acceptance to the U-M, as well as her academic, leadership, and extra-curricular endeavors. This includes invitations and certificates pertaining to her induction into the Alpha Lambda Delta, the Assembly Association, Mortar Board, Delta Sigma Rho, Scroll, the Senior Society, and Wyvern. Additional materials include honors from the Department of Speech, and the Betsy Barbour House for outstanding scholarship.

The scrapbook also contains an abundance of ephemeral materials such as U-M grade report, dance, and identification, membership, and registration cards, notes from friends, letters from Betty Lou's father regarding college expenses, programs relating to theatrical activities, U-M football games, and other campus events.

The Betsy Barbour Buds scrapbook reflects the activities of the Betsy Barbour Buds, a group of former Betsy Barbour Dormitory freshwomen who remained in lifelong contact after graduation in the late 1940s. The scrapbook comprises of Betsy Barbour Buds newsletters, biographies, directories, invitations and photographs from their yearly luncheon, newspaper clippings about fellow Buds, and obituaries.

The Biographical series includes Mack's biography, images from Mack's time as a college student and as a basketball coach with the Castle Valley Job Corps in Price, UT; Mack's resumes, newspaper articles and press releases, and materials from a 1976 testimonial put on in Mack's honor by the members of the Region One Board. The latter also includes photographs and an audiocassette recording of the event. Of particular note is a digitized conglomeration of news clips and television interviews pertaining to Mack and his tenure with the Board.

The Biographical series contains documents that cover Stein's personal as well as professional life. The large portion of the documents in this series are university personnel forms which Stein filled out yearly between 1958 and 1976, with a few missing forms. Though the information contained in the forms is somewhat repetitive, they do provide a brief yearly synopsis of the classes Stein taught, his professional activities, and his publications. The most interesting materials in this series relate to Stein's successful application for a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1962-1963.

Included as a part of later accessions are a number of Stein's personal diaries and notebooks. These contain entries on the topics relating to Stein's personal and professional life. On most days Stein would write about his current projects, but occasionally he wrote about his wife Virginia, referring to her as "Ginny" or "Gin."

The series contains a number of folders with photographs of Stein, as well as his family and friends. The photographs depict Stein at events and banquets, accepting awards, and meeting members of the legal community. Also included is a box of various awards and medals that Stein received during his career.

Includes typed biographies, an audio interview of Berman discussing her experience as a delegate to the 1976 National Democratic Convention, articles about Berman and women in politics, certificates, event programs, as well as materials pertaining to her book The Only Boobs in the House Are Men: A Veteran Woman Legislator Lifts the Lid on Politics Macho Style.

Additional materials include newspaper articles and correspondence acknowledging Berman's retirement from the House. Of particular note is a 2010 letter from Governor Jennifer Granholm thanking Berman for her years of service. Also included are photographs featuring Berman with Barbara Jordan-U.S. congressional representative (D-Texas), Granholm, and former Michigan governor Jim Blanchard.

The Biographical series (1971-2006; 0.25 linear feet) contains items relating to the personal accomplishments of David L. Littmann, including his receipt of the Lawrence R. Klein Award for Blue Chip Accuracy and his meeting with President George W. Bush in 2003.

The Biographical series includes materials focusing on Abraham and his work, including articles, curricula vitae, photos, applications for instructor and president openings at HFCC, and biographical sketches.

The Biographical series (approximately 0.75 linear feet) includes material related to terHorst's service in the military (enlistment and discharge papers, military orders, correspondence related to his work at the Marine Corps Gazette) and articles about him. The series documents terHorst's involvement with various organizations and his membership on various boards, most notably, the as Chairman of the Gridiron Foundation. Also found here is information relating to various honors and awards given to terHorst, including the establishment of the Jerald F. terHorst Award for Excellence in Political Reporting at George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management and School of Media and Public Affairs.
