The Ephemera series consists of one subseries: Printing Plates, ca. 1968. The printing plates are color separation plates used to print images of the university schools and colleges flags. The plates are divided up into sets according to school or college flag, and each plate would be used with a specified ink color. Most of the sets include a full color print of their corresponding flag. Color prints of several flags can also be seen on the cover of the January 1968 cover of the Michigan Alumnus.
