Biographical / Historical:: David Arthur Forbes was born in 1875 in Kansas. He studied at the University of Michigan's Medical School from 1908-1909. Forbes eventually graduated from the University of Michigan and later served in Newport, Oregon, as a physician and surgeon. He passed away in 1956.
