RESTRICTIONS:

"Keeping in Mind" videotapes (i.e. the documentary itself) are for in-house use only, unless the researcher receives written authorization from Adam Kulakow. Keeping in Mind videotapes (of the documentary itself) may not be copied without written authorization from Adam Kulakow, unless the researcher is one of the following members of the documentary production team: Scott Burnham, Greg Davis, Julie Rubin, Scott Sabin, Jim Wade.

Researchers who are affiliated with the University of Michigan can obtain a copy of "Keeping in Mind" for showing on the University of Michigan Ann Arbor campus by contacting the University of Michigan Film and Video Library (764-5360).

USE & PERMISSIONS:

Different copyright conditions apply to the finished video Keeping in Mind and the videotapes of interviews:

  1. Kulakow, Adam, retains copyright to the documentary, Keeping in Mind.
  2. Bohr, Dr. David, has transferred copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
  3. Davis, Dr. Chandler, retains copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow and requests, "Anyone quoting me on the basis of these tapes is requested to check the quotation with me before publication."
  4. Douvan, Dr. Elizabeth, has transferred copyright to her interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
  5. Hatcher, Dr. Harlan, has transferred copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
  6. Markert, Dr. Clement, has transferred copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
  7. Nickerson, Dr. Mark, retains copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow.
  8. Niehuss, Professor Marvin, has transferred copyright to his interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
  9. Schrecker, Dr. Ellen, has transferred copyright to her interview with Adam Kulakow to the University of Michigan.
