The Gerry Edgar Papers consist of project renovations plans, meeting minutes, notes, and other materials, and blueprints for the Park Library and Finch Fieldhouse renovations, 1998-2009.

Processing Note: Two cubic feet of materials, mainly duplicates and financial records (copies), were removed from the collection during processing.

Biography:

Gerry Edgar served in the U.S. Army. He headed Central Michigan University (CMU)’s ROTC program for four years, 1986-1990. He retired as the head of the ROTC program and was hired by CMU libraries in 1991. Gerry worked in the Park Library at Central Michigan University (CMU) as the head of business services, for twenty-two years. He retired from CMU in December 2012. In 2013 Gerry was married and living in Mount Pleasant Michigan. (This information is from the Dean of Libraries office.)
