The Administrative Materials series consists of 1.25 linear feet of correspondence, scattered minutes of the Executive Committee, financial records, staff reports, committee files, mailings, press releases, and other internal documents.
The bulk of the correspondence is from/to staff members Grace Hedemann (Special Project Secretary, 1974-1978), and Ed Hedemann.

Correspondence
The Correspondence series contains 9 linear feet of letters to and from Inglis. A tireless correspondent, she often combined business and personal matters with her associates. The folders are arranged alphabetically within each series, and notes are made if letters are (to) or (from) the individuals listed.
Individual
Individual correspondence is the larger of the two subseries in this sereis and covers her letters with almost 500 people. Inglis carried on very extensive correspondence (more than 10 folders) with Mary and Jo Bendler, Johanna Clevens, Alice Greystone (Baker) Furst, Emma Goldman, and Bertha F. Johnson. She also traded letters extensively with several others, including Helen Tufts Bailie, Ewing C. Baskette, John Beffel, Ralph Chaplin, Henry Cohen, Cassius and Sadie Cook, Sidney Glazer, Martin Gudell, Joseph Ishill, Leon Kramer, Laurance Labadie, Max Metzkow, Carl Nold, Thomas Auraldo Riley, Mark Rosenberg, Joseph Slight, Oscar Swede, and Pearl Johnson Tucker. A partial list of other notable individuals Inglis wrote to and received letters from includes Roger Baldwin, Alexander Berkman, Henry David, Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, Marcus Graham, Hippolyte Havel, Big Bill Haywood, Karl Heinzen, Joseph Labadie, Ben Reitman, Lincoln Steffens, Wallace Stegner, Benjamin Tucker, and Victor Yarros.

Correspondence, 1968-1988
The Correspondence series includes one folder of personal correspondence, which is primarily letters written to a 1968 love interest. The Press folder contains various letters and responses--from the obscene to the mundane -- to articles written about Rock. The primary portion of the Correspondence series is made up of letters separated from the litigation files which recount decisions and court actions. These are divide into two sub-series: non- Rock related cases and Rock. The non-Rock cases include all correspondence which came into Rock's possession from the cases of Dubbs, Fultun, Gayer, Kovalich, Preston, and Tabler. The Rock correspondence consists of 5 folders of material, is organized chronologically, and includes all correspondence between Rock and those involved in his litigation process. The Correspondence series provides a thorough chronological account of all legal actions and documents Rock's reactions to each of the cases.
