Dr. L. V. Guthrie, superintendent of the Second Hospital for the Insane. Informing Sarah that Frank died on April 30, 1900. Guthrie extended his condolences for her loss and included a brief explanation of Frank's circumstances and burial on printed asylum letterhead.
