Plymouth, Michigan based architect, active 1946-1997, and former University of Michigan College of Architecture and Design instructor (1956-1997), known for his design work, and association with architect and former University of Michigan Dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning Robert C. Metcalf. Balogh's work included approximately 150 residential, institutional, and commercial projects in Michigan, Illinois, and Arizona. The papers in this collection include correspondence, slides and photographs, clippings, teaching materials, project files, and architectural drawings.

University of Michigan Professor of English Language and Literature, co-chair of the university's Initiative on Disability Studies, V. L. Parrington Collegiate Professor. Siebers was well known for his advocacy and literary contributions in disability studies. Collection includes class syllabi and notes, lecture notes and writings on the subject of disability and disability advocacy, as well as records relating to his career departmental matters.

The bulk of the material documents Siebers' teaching at the University of Michigan and includes course syllabi and notes. Also included in the collection are lectures and conference presentations, reviews of books and grant applications, as well as the materials that reflect on Siebers' work in the field of disability studies and advocacy. A small amount of restricted material contains departmental and personnel records.

The Todd Duncan Papers document the life and career of baritone singer Todd Duncan. Trained as a classical singer, Duncan was chosen by George Gershwin to originate the role of Porgy in Gershwin's American folk opera Porgy and Bess. Duncan's career spanned numerous concert tours, productions, and performances. The papers in the collection include photographs, scrapbooks, news stories, and personal papers.

The Todd Duncan Papers consist of scrapbooks, photographs, news stories, production programs, and personal papers documenting the career and life of Todd Duncan. Many of the items are scrapbooks of Duncan's career and tours which feature newspaper clippings and photographs from the productions themselves. The collection came to the Bentley Library partially processed. That arrangement has been retained.

The collection spans the years from 1912 to 1998 with the majority of items falling between the years 1935-1973. Family of Fred P. Todd and his son, J. Beecher Todd, officers with National Loan and Investment Company in Detroit, Michigan, and its successor institutions, Surety Savings and Loan Association, and Surety Federal Savings and Loan Association. The collection consists of personal papers, files relating to their activities with savings and loan institutions, and photographs.

Swainson, the problems of employment and unemployment, and the recount of the 1962 gubernatorial election in Minnesota won by Karl Rolvaag.

Tommy Good was a Motown recording artist in the early 1960s. His collection includes programs from Motown concerts, one of which was signed by Stevie Wonder. It also includes audio recordings of songs he performed as well as a song written and sung by Berry Gordy for Good.

The Tommy Good collection includes programs for Motown productions including the Motor Town Revue (1964) and Americans in Harmony (1965). Sound recordings include a tape of Berry Gordy singing "Bad Bad Baby," a song he wrote for Good and a 2006 compilation CD of Good's Motown recordings with some accompanying notes. The collection has been organized into two series: Programs and Sound Recordings.

The Library has undertaken the digitization of sound recordings within this collection. The resulting audio files are available for playback only in the Bentley Library Reading Room. Links to item images and additional information are available within this finding aid. Original sound recordings are available for staff use only.

Tom Van Zoeren was a park ranger at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. His collection contains oral history interviews relating to the history of the Sleeping Bear Dunes region and other Michigan localities.

The Van Zoeren collection contains oral history interviews conducted between 1979 and 2010, and includes copies of scanned photos and supporting documents. The interviews are available variously on audio cassette tapes and online. Transcripts or summaries are found in the collection for many of the interviews. The Van Zoeren collection is organized in two sections by format.

The first section contains analog files and audio cassette tapes. The second section consists of one series of digitized material, oral histories, photos, and other historic materials from the Sleeping Bear Dunes region. The digital files were created or assembled by Van Zoeren and were received on an external hard drive. This series is further divided into subseries by type of material: Information on Farms, Families, etc.; Oral History Audio Files; Historic Images; Video Recordings; Genealogies; Census and Cemetery Records; Historic Maps; and Other Resources. Some of the content may be digitized versions of items in the analog portion of the collection.
