The Audiovisual Material subgroup (25 linear feet and 1 oversize folder) includes photographs and slides of Business School deans and faculty members, buildings and facilities, school sponsored events, and images that were printed is Dividend Magazine as well as a microfilm reel recording items placed in the Business Administration building cornerstone. The Sound Recordings consist of recordings of a number of conferences and lectures. The Moving Image Recordings series contains video tapes depicting student life, conferences, development materials and other promotional materials for the school. The Oversized Photographs and Awards series contains 18 oversized images, and the Oversize Posters series contains 1 event poster.
The Audiovisual Materials subgroup is organized into nine series: Photographs, Slides, Drawings, Dividend Magazine Microfilm, Sound Recrodings, Moving Image Recordings, Oversized Photographs and Images, and Oversize Posters.
The photographs include pictures of Deans Stevenson, Bond, and Whitaker, as well as several other faculty members, special lecturers and award winners, and photos of various buildings constructed for the school.
A large selection of print and digital photos of students, faculty, alumni, student life, events and other aspects of the school were added in 2018.
Consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, budgets, proposals, graphics, photos, presentations, and other similar items from 1996 to 2004.

The digital files, also arranged chronologically, include source files for final pieces and working drafts, images, and graphics utilized in the production of these designs. The digital works are comprised primarily of raster files in TIFF format, while the remainder are vector files in SVG or PDF formats. Some notable works in the collection include Apple Computers advertisements, Rose Bowl promotional materials, event fliers for campus greek organizations, posters for major campus events, and novelty products. The digital files cover the periods of 1988-1999 and 2004, although future additions of digital material are expected to be made to the collection.
The digital files are stored in Deep Blue, the University of Michigan's Institutional Repository. Viewing files will require a program to unzip the compressed files and an image viewer/editor to view the graphics files

Items in the Arts, Culture, and Entertainment series (1979-2009 and undated) concern those Sue Marx films that addressed the vibrant arts scene of metropolitan Detroit and southeastern Michigan, the area's Jewish community, stories of historical interest, and other cultural events in Michigan. Among other films, included in this series is the Oscar-winning documentary "Young at Heart," as well as productions profiling various local artists, discussing early automotive races, and exploring the Magic Capital of the World in Colon, Michigan. The Arts, Culture, and Entertainment series contains approximately 25 folders of manuscript materials, about 260 video recordings in various formats (magnetic tapes, film reels, VHS videotapes, U-matic videotapes, Betacam-SP videotapes, Mini-DV videotapes, and other formats), as well as digital file formats. The series contains 7 audiocassettes.
The Michigan Civil Rights Initiative series documents Kaufmann's involvement with groups that worked to defeat Proposal 2. It is principally composed of material collected by Kaufmann as part of her research related to Proposal 2 and the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative. The Michigan Civil Rights Initiative series is further divided into five subseries: Background, California, Campaign Files, Press Clippings, and Impact.
The Campaign Files are composed of material related to One United Michigan and other groups that actively campaign against Proposal 2. It also includes material related to Kaufmann's activities and presentations given by her related to the Michigan Civil Rights initiative. Documents in this subseries include clippings, copies of presentations, talking points, and campaign handouts.
Photographs of active members and meetings; slide presentation relating to a 1978 ballot proposal; two video tapes relating to a 1976 ballot proposal; and a video tape of Milton Friedman discussing a national tax limitation proposal.
The Teaching and Other Speaking Engagements series documents Castagnacci's career as an instructor at Old Dominion University (from 1967 to 1972) and at the University of Michigan's School of Art & Design (from 1973 until his retirement in 2008). The series consists of lecture notes, readings, and course handouts that span four decades of Castagnacci's career as an educator and which are complemented by video footage of his classroom instruction at the University of Michigan's School of Art & Design in 2004 and fall 2007 (his final semester of teaching). Additional departmental assignments (including work on the Basic Studio committee) and his appointment as an Arthur F. Thurnau Distinguished Professor are documented as well. The series also includes video from the 1995 Mondrian Symposium held at U of M's Chrysler Auditorium that document panelists (including Castagnacci) delivering lectures, a performance of a Mondrian-inspired dance piece, and a reconstruction of Mondrian's final studio in New York.

The Tecumseh Products Company records series (12.6 linear feet and 12.2 GB) documents the history, business operations, and organizational structure of Tecumseh Products from 1930 to 2009. The series contains written accounts of the company's history and founder, reports, product descriptions, correspondence, a ceremonial replica of a compressor, photographs and audiovisual material. This series is separated into five subseries: History and Biographical Material, Presidential Files, Business and Financial Material, Printed Material, and Photographs and Audiovisual Material.

The Business and Financial Material subseries includes two financial ledgers (1930-1934); a legal agreement regarding the distribution of market shares in Tecumseh Products (1937); annotated organizational charts; a Board of Directors, "Compressor Business Overview" presentation (2007); and technical product descriptions, specifications, drawings, and notices from the Parts Depot Division.
