The School of Nursing publications are divided into five series that are arranged in alpha-chronological order: Unit Publications, Sub-Unit Publications, Topical Files, Student Publications, and the Archived School of Nursing Website. The Unit Publications series is arranged by genre and contains printed material published specifically by the School of Nursing. Many of these publications are widely distributed and may be published at regular intervals. The Sub-Unit Publications series contains publications from subordinate offices, departments, programs and organizations within the School of Nursing. The Topical Publications contain brochures, calendars, invitations, and programs from milestone anniversaries and other celebrations. The Student Publications series contains newsletters published by School of Nursing students. The Archived Website series contains captured websites from or related to the School of Nursing from 2002 onward.

Box 27: 1930-1990, contains a biography of distinguished U-M business school professor C.K. Prahalad; a volume of selected writings by distinguished U-M accounting professor William A. Paton; examination questions; faculty bibliographies; and reports.

Box 28: 1932-1972, contains proceedings from the National Symposium of the State of the Black Economy (1972) as well as the Michigan Accounting Conference (1932-1949; 1968-1970). Also included are handbooks; and reports.

Box 29: 1970-2011, contains reports and working papers including annual reports from 2009-2011.

Box 30: 1958-2013, contains journals; reports; business and working papers; proceedings from the 1958 Social Security conference; and additional publications.

Box 31: 1949-2012, contains reports; UMBS Public Policy papers (2002); volumes 1-4 of the Michigan Journal of Business (2008-2011); and additional publications.

The University of Michigan News and Information Services (NIS) acts as the University's media relations office, disseminating information about university programs, research, events, and faculty activities. This collection includes audiovisual recordings of press releases, news briefs distributed to television and radio stations, web-based podcasts and digital videos, and externally produced materials about the University and its activities. Additionally, researchers will find copies of University-produced media from the 1970s to the early 2000s in both audio and video formats.

The University of Michigan News and Information Services Audiovisual Materials contains sound and visual materials produced by the University of Michigan to share with the media as well as materials relevant to the promotion and image of the University. News and Information Services also publishes materials featuring achievements by scholars, recordings of speeches by invited speakers, and media appearances by or about University officials, programs, and scholars.

Records of the Law School document the evolution of legal education at the University of Michigan as well as tenures of various deans and faculty. Documentation includes historical and class files; student organizations and activities; planning and construction of Law School buildings; information on William W. Cook and his bequest; topical files; deans' correspondence; reports and minutes. Also included are materials related to the Thomas M Cooley and William W. Cook lecture series and portraits of faculty and students, photographs of activities of the Judge Advocate General's School held at the Law School during World War II, the construction of the Law Quadrangle and Law Library addition, and student activities.

The Law School Records begin in 1852 and span the years through the end of the twentieth century. The records document the history of legal education at the University of Michigan, the administration of the Law School, and the lives of some of the scholars who have studied and taught there.

The physical arrangement of the records reflects the various accessions of material that have been received from the Law School over the years. This finding aid is structured to reflect the intellectual organization of the records - continuing series and like materials have been brought together regardless of when the records were transferred to the library. The Summary Contents List provides and overview of the organization of the records.

There are eight major series in the record group: Historical and Class Files (1865-1974); Deans of the Law School (1852-1999); Faculty Files (1859-1994); Student Files (1894-1996); Law Quadrangle and William W. Cook, (1919-1938); Law School Lecture Series; Committee of Visitors and Audio/Visual Materials.

Founded in 1841, the College of Literature, Science and the Arts (LSA) is the liberal arts college of the University of Michigan, encompassing over 100 academic departments and non-departmental centers, programs, institutes, museums, and laboratories. The collection contains publications from the college's units, subordinate units, and student groups, and includes miscellaneous announcements, annual reports, bibliographies, brochures, bulletins, calendars, directories, flyers, guidebooks, manuals, newsletters and reports of the College of Literature, Science and the Arts and the Summer Session. Also included are newsletters from the Honors Program; reports of the Commission on Graduation Requirements, the Committee on the Underclass Experience, and Office of Faculty Counselors; and web archives.

The University of Michigan. College of Literature, Science and the Arts publications (11.5 linear feet and 1.48GB (online)) include addresses, annual reports, bibliographies, brochures, bulletins or college catalogs, by-laws, calendars, catalogs, directories, ephemera (including flyers, invitations, posters, and programs), manuals, monographs, newsletters, proceedings marking the centennial of the college, questionnaires, regulations, reports, and web archives. A large percentage of the publications are bulletins and course catalogs of the College of Literature, Science and the Arts (LS&A) and its predecessor, the Department of Literature, Science and the Arts. There is also extensive information on the Honors Program, the Office of Student Academic Affairs, and LS&A Student Government.

Interdisciplinary area studies center at the University of Michigan. Publications miscellaneous annual reports, brochures, calendars, catalogs listing scholarly publications from the center, flyers, and newsletters which describe the activities of the faculty and students. Also includes publications from the Curriculum Development Group, Middle East Outreach Council, and the Middle East Studies Association of North America.

The Center's publications are divided into three series: Unit Publications, Sub-Unit Publications, and Topical Publications.

Unit Publications includes the Center's annual reports, some research reports in three volumes of the Michigan Series on the Middle East, the monthly Schedule of Events the Center has put out since 1989 and the Newsletter, among others. In the early 1990's, various faculty members wrote study and instruction guides entitled Roots of Violence in the Middle East for use in secondary schools.

Under Sub-Unit Publications are found another secondary-level study guide--produced by the Curriculum Development group. The publications of the nationwide Middle East Outreach Council, which is based at the Center, are also found in this series.

Topical Publications contains a study guide and various other research papers and programs published for seminars and workshops sponsored by the Center.

University of Michigan umbrella and activist student organization that supports and represents different Asian/Pacific Islander American (A/PIA or APIA) organizations and individuals, highlights issues related to the A/PIA community, and builds relationships with allied organizations on and off the University of Michigan campus. The collection documents aspects of A/PIA student communities at the university and includes administrative records, program files and publications, topical files, and correspondence.

The records of the United Asian American Organizations provide a good source of information on issues pertaining to the Asian/Pacific Islander American community and other groups at the University of Michigan. Materials are dated from 1986-2001 and include consitutitons and related foundational documents, correspondence, financial records, meeting agendas and minutes, publications, and topical files.

Chartered in 1964, Sigma Rho is the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti, Michigan graduate chapter of the historically Black fraternity Omega Psi Phi. The collection consists of Sigma Rho's administrative records as well as topical files relating to the chapter's activities. Also included is a video invitation to the 2019 William DeHart Hubbard Scholarship Endowment Dinner.

The Omega Psi Phi, Sigma Rho Chapter records include bylaws, committee reports, correspondence, financial records, meeting minutes, membership rosters, news clippings, publications, and topical files. The collection illustrates the activities of Sigma Rho as well as the positive impact that gifts of time and money given by social/community service organizations have upon their local communities. Also included is a digital video invitation to the 2019 William DeHart Hubbard Scholarship Endowment Dinner.

University of Michigan, Ann Arbor chapter of the National Council for Negro Women (NCNW). Includes a digital copy of the organization's 2017 constitution as well as digital outreach materials captured from their Twitter account.

The National Council of Negro Women, University of Michigan Ann Arbor Collegiate Section records consists of a digital copy of the organization's 2017 constitution obtained from their Maize Page as well as digital outreach materials captured from their Twitter account, @ncnw-um. The outreach materials include event fliers, images of students at events, and advertisements for open positions in the NCNW-UM section, among others.

Non-profit, activist organization that supports, empowers, and facilitates communication among Asian American students and student organizations in the American Midwest. The University of Michigan has periodically hosted MAASU's spring conference since 1991. The collection includes financial records, lists, meeting minutes and notes, digital photographs, and schedules.

It documents the planning and execution of the Midwest Asian American Student Union's (MAASU) 2013 spring conference, the theme of which was Magnify: Explore Yourself, Amplify: Inspire Others. This event was held at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and organized by the university's MAASU student chapter.
