Michigan-based ski and golf corporation, operating twelve major resorts in North America; records consists of photographs, slides, video cassettes, films, sound recordings, promotional materials, biographical information on the corporation's founder Everett F. Kircher, and miscellaneous office and topical files.

The Boyne USA Resorts record group documents, through visual materials, scrapbooks and clippings, publications, and a scattering of administrative material, the development of northwestern Michigan as an important recreational center. The bulk of the collection consists of various visual media, photographs, photographic slides, albums, videotapes, motion pictures, promotional posters, display photographs, and design images of Boyne facilities.

The records have been arranged into the following series: Everett F. Kircher materials; Boyne USA publications and promotional materials; Topical files; Photographs; Negatives, Photographic Slides; Videotapes; Motion pictures; Art work; Architectural concept and promotional boards; Miscellaneous office records; Scrapbooks and Clippings, and Miscellaneous. The strength of the collection is in the various visual materials that document the development of Boyne USA Resorts from the founding of Boyne Mountain in 1947 to the early 21st century.

Papers of Bradley Cross, Ann Arbor, Mich. environmental activist and businessman. The bulk of the collection includes material related to the Kimberly Hills Neighborhood Association (KHNA) in Pittsfield Township in Ann Arbor, Mich. and its fight to preserve neighborhood natural area by preventing it from commercial development. The legal case filed by KHNA went to the Michigan Supreme Court but was overturned in 1983. This material is dated between 1977 and 1983 and includes correspondence, court documents, maps and plans, position papers, publications, articles and newspaper clippings covering the case, photographs, and audiovisual material. Collection also includes a small number of collected materials related to anti-Vietnam war protests in Michigan and across the country, and Michigan politics, all dated in the 1960s. Included here are publications, campaign signs, and photographs.

Collection includes Buchele's personal and professional correspondence and biographical material. Material related to national and regional student cooperative organizations, as well as the cooperative movement, includes surveys, reports, conference material and publications. Also included material related to Buchele's political activism and interests.

Bucheles collection consists of personal and professional correspondence, biographical materia, material related to national and regional student cooperative organizations, as well as the cooperative movement, including surveys, reports, conference material and publications. The Cooperatives series is divided into three subseries: Student Cooperatives, Cooperative Movement, and Visual Materials.

Papers of Washtenaw County, Mich. architectural historian and preservation activist Mary M. Culver. Collection includes records of Washtenaw County, Mich. historic preservation organizations, Culver's research files and presentations, and images of Michigan historic buildings.

Collection reflects Culver's work in the areas of and historic preservation and Michigan architectural history, and divided into two series: Committee Work and Research and Presentations.

Organization established to improve the health and living conditions of migrant farmworkers in six states of the Upper Midwest. Administrative records; program files detailing operation of Camp Health Aide program and publication of Migrant Health Service Directory; topical files, and videotapes publicizing camp health aide program.

The Migrant Health Promotion records document the efforts of one organization to provide health care assistance to the migrant workers of the Midwest. Beyond the history of the organization itself, the records detail something of the life and condition of workers in the migrant camps during the 1980s and 1990s with special emphasis on their health care needs.

Richard L. Zurel is an archaeologist who has conducted research on Native Americans in Michigan. The Richard L. Zurel papers, 1914-2011, contain materials related to his work in the field of archaeology documenting Native American groups in Michigan, as well as materials related to his family history. The collection contains materials related to the Michigan Archaeological Society and the Aboriginal Research Club of Detroit.

The Richard L. Collection also contains Zurel family photographs depicting family members, as well as photographs and postcards depicting locations in the Upper Michigan Peninsula.

The Robert Twining collection is comprised of photographs, scrapbooks, slides, negatives, and films of Camp Al-Gon-Quian. Located on Burt Lake, Michigan, the camp was founded in 1925 by Herbert H. Twining as a summer camp for boys. The materials in the collection detail activities of Camp Al-Gon-Quian, such as fishing, archery, and horseback riding. There are also materials relating to Camp Mississauga, which was a camp for older boys in Canada.

The collection contains two series: Photographs and Film.

Sam Breck was an Ann Arbor, Mich., photographer. The collection consists of color slides of railroad depots and other railroad scenes, chiefly in Michigan but including scenes in other states; slides, photographs and negatives of Ann Arbor and University of Michigan buildings, views, and events; photographs and negatives of Michigan Youth Symphony.
