Consists of one folder containing the typed and handwritten correspondence of Cecil I. McReynolds. Primarily includes responses to a "Manila Day" greeting that McReynolds would send to fellow veterans of the Spanish-American War, in commemoration of the Battle of Manila (August 13, 1898).

Also included are a few newspaper clippings.
