The Administrative Services series consists primarily of "GovConnect," a newsletter intended for internal use that updated staff on the activities of various offices, including Communications, Legislative Affairs, the Northern Michigan office, and Scheduling. The newsletters also include information on various appointments, events, statistics, speeches, and personal updates from staff. The director of Administrative Services was Marsha Quebbeman. The series also contains a list of department directors within the Snyder administration, as well as an executive office employee list.

The Appointments series covers the appointments and reappointments of individuals to various boards and commissions. The manager of appointments and their staff were responsible for vetting individuals and area experts to serve on over 200 boards and commissions at the state level. In total, approximately 5,501 members were named to various state boards and commissions. Of note is a document outlining the appointments process. Snyder's first manager of appointments was Norman J. Saari, who was replaced by Brian Breslin. In 2018, Breslin was replaced by Kristen Beltzer.

The Appointments series is divided into five subseries: Appointments Process and Templates (2011, 2018), Appointment Summaries (2011-2018), Boards Commissions (2011-2018), Dashboards (2015, 2018), and Miscellaneous Appointments (2011-2018).
