Charges Dubois with "feloniously kill[ing] against the peace of our Said Sovereign Lord the King his Crown and Dignity."Signed by jury foreman, Joseph Rolph, "A True Bill."Witnessed and signed by Phillip Hooper, Mary and Joseph Sprag, and Thomas Churchword.On vellum.
