The Pedestrians subseries, consisting of three folders, details the development of laws and regulations concerning pedestrian right-of-way and safety. Included are articles on jaywalking and priority for pedestrain road crossings.

The Traffic Signals subseries describes the evolution of traffic signals and traffic signal regulations in the United States throughout the early 20th century. Included are statistics on relative success of various signals and reports on the safety and efficiency of signaling methods. The subseries contains four folders.
