The Office of Equity and Diversity series contains 0.5 linear feet of materials from Jim Toy's time working with a sub-unit of the Office of Human Resources and Affirmative Action. The series features correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and surveys from Toy's participation in a School of Social Work task force about the climate for Transgender, Bisexual, Lesbian, and Gay (TBLG) students, faculty, and staff. The series also contains committee reports from the University of Michigan's Task Force on Campus Climate for TBLG student and materials about university policies on gender identity and inclusion.
