Scottsboro Trial
The Scottsboro Trial series (0.25 linear feet) is made up primarily of clippings, but also photographs, correspondence, and writings, relating to Engdahl's work and travels on behalf of the Scottsboro defense effort. Included are two speeches in Norwegian that may have been written by Engdahl and possibly also by Ada Wright (at least, they are attributed to Engdahl and to Ada Wright in their titles). Other documents relating to the Scottsboro case can be found scattered throughout the collection, particularly in the Correspondence series.
