The Organizational Materials series, 1876-1969, is predominantly composed of minutes from directors' meetings and chapter meetings, which include information on legal and financial matters as well as social events. Also included are a copy of the fraternity's original constitution and Treasurer's books, 1894-1915. Treasurer's books contain detailed information on expenditures and payment of membership dues.

The Scrapbooks series spans the years 1901-1932 (volumes referred to as pledge class yearbooks) and 1946-1991. The scrapbooks contain photographs of fraternity members, social events, and interior and exterior views of the fraternity house. Newspaper clippings, reminiscences, and humorous anecdotes are also evident.
