Topics of interest to cookbook and culinary history collectors are covered, including articles on the history of cookbook collecting; articles on particular cookbooks, authors, or companies, such as Mrs. Lincoln, The White House Cookbook, and Knox Gelatine; and announcements of exhibits such as "American Cookery - The Bicentennial 1776-1996, An Exhibition of American Cookbooks at the Clements Library."
