The Other Local Branches series is divided into two subseries, the Oakland County Branch and Miscellaneous Branches and Chapters. Miscellaneous Branches and Chapters consists of limited materials from the Lansing Area, the Northwestern Michigan, the Greater Flint, the Metro Detroit, the Saginaw Valley, and the Kalamazoo Area branches and chapters.

The National subseries consists solely of materials from the National Biennial Conference of the ACLU held in Ann Arbor in 1963.
