Minutes of board meetings, membership and treasurer's records, scrapbooks, and photographs.

The record group includes minutes of meetings, membership materials, and treasurer's records of the Young Men's Christian Association dating from 1902 to 1933. The history of the women's association is documented in greater detail with minutes and scrapbooks, dating back to 1894 and extending to the mid-1950s. There is very little material from the 1950s on.

The record group has been arranged into the following series: Minutes; Published Material; Yearly Files; Officers Files; Membership records; Topical Files; Genealogical records; Scrapbooks, Historians Albums; and Visual Materials. Of interest are files relating in part to the chapter's activities during the Spanish-American War and World War I. The genealogical records include cemetery records for various Washtenaw County cemeteries.

Ann Arbor, Michigan Baptist church established in 1828; church covenant, committee reports, annual reports, correspondence, financial records, membership rolls, treasurer's books, and scrapbooks; and records of church auxiliary organizations, including the Women's Society, the Baptist Students' Guild, and the Sunshine Circle of the International Order of King's Daughters and Sons.

The records of the First Baptist Church of Ann Arbor document the life and activities of the church from its beginnings in 1828 to the early 1990s. The record group has been arranged into the following series: Covenant meetings; History / Background; Annual reports of church committees; Church archives: bulletins, annual reports, newsletters, and related materials; Church groups; Membership and other governance records; Financial records; Topical files; and Audio-Visual Materials.

The Shaw collection is an assemblage of personal materials such as correspondence, essays and student notebook, and of Shaw's work as an artists including drawings, etchings, and other examples of artistic expression that he used in connection with his work with the University's Alumni Association and its publications. Records of Shaw's activities with the university will be found in the record groups for the Alumni Association and the Bureau of Alumni Relations also located at the Bentley Library. The collection has been divided into five series: Correspondence, Essays, Drawings and Etchings, Miscellaneous, and Photographs and other Visual Materials.
