Of interest are blueprints of the Michigan Theatre, booking ledger for the Majestic Theatre in the period of 1918-1921 and 1925-1926, and scattered box office reports.

Some of the photographs dated in the 1920s were taken by Underwood's father, Jacob Hanselman (1853-1948). Hanselman was a professional Michigan photographer who worked in East Saginaw, Manistee, and Ann Arbor.
