Writing in regards to accessing information from Pennsylvania Council books. Wish Hamilton had agreed to their request to receive copies "of such Minutes of Council as related to Indian Purchases." Believe that doing so would help settle "the dispute between the Proprietaries and Indians in an equitable manner, in which the public Tranquility is intimately concerned."
