Includes attributed recipes from 48 chefs from the United States, Canada, and Europe, including Victor Hirtzler; recipes for eggs, breads, meats, and desserts; images of all contributing authors and their hotels; and advertisement for ten volume set of International Cooking Library's world famous chef recipes. Some recipes include wine as an ingredient. Sample recipes: minced chicken a la green, peach flambees, and imperial stew.
