RESTRICTIONS:

The series within this collection identified as Lesbian-Gay Male-Bisexual Programs Office and Office of Equity and Diversity are university records groups, and are open without restriction, except where noted. Within the Lesbian-Gay Male-Bisexual Programs Office series, there are a small number of personnel files related to job searches for the lesbian advocate that are closed until 2024.

The Topical Files series is open except for counseling materials that have been removed from the collection and will remain closed until January 1, 2096. The Correspondence series (boxes 20-21) is closed until January 1, 2021, except with the written permission of James Toy.
